Research Project
- Developed Geriatric advanced perianesthesia competency in pain and comfort, Supported by two-year Nurse Competence in Aging Grant. Initiated in 2004 and presented in 2005. Purpose – to investigate if the ASPAN Geriatric advanced perianesthesia competency in pain and comfort learning module was effective in increasing the perianesthesia nurses’ knowledge of pain and comfort.
